Collective Impact provides a variety of consulting and technology services to build capacity with organizations and communities to help them succeed. Bruce E. Decker and Denina Bautti-Cascio are the founder and Principal Partners of Collective Impact. Collective Impact also draws from a diverse network of consultants to provide consulting and technology services for clients.

Stone Strategies, LLC
Leslie Stone is an experienced facilitator and moderator with expertise in training and technical assistance. She partners with her clients for facilitation, planning, resource identification, problem-solving, research, evaluation, leadership development and community building.

Heasley Consulting
Steve Heasley assists local community organizations and governmental agencies in areas of research, policy analysis, evaluation, management, and strategic planning. He does extensive work in survey design and data analysis, the analysis of agency processes and the formulation of recommendations to move services toward more coordinated and integrated systems. He has been recognized for his exceptional work in the areas of financing and policy development related to child and family programs.
