Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All cancellations received in writing and postmarked by October 15, 2009 will be refunded. Telephone calls will not be accepted. No registration fee will be refunded if postmarked on October 16, 2009 or after. For individuals unable to attend, substitutions will be accepted any time prior to the conference by fax, mail, or e-mail.
